Hood Insulator for 1987 Cutlass

I am looking for either a NOS or good used hood insulator for a 1987 Cutlass 2 door. If you have one or know someone with one please let me know.

I am on the hunt. I have posted this everywhere and have a couple of leads. If I find anything I will let you know.
I have had a couple of guys tell me that you can still get them from dealerships but I haven't had any luck in Canada.
