i Bought a 68 cutlass convertible driver that needs a few things. I dont want to put a lot of money into this, so dont need mint pieces but dont want junk either. First i need a drivers side outer headlight trim ring. Second i need the two screws that tighten up the sunvisors from swinging down. Last i could use better door panels than the custom ones someone made and cut speakers into. Fronts and rears in black. also need a black top boot in black. Not trying to be cheap but im building a new motor for my 72 and dont really have extra to put into this thing. Please pm with condition and price. Thanks brandon reynolds

I may have the door panels front and rear from my 68 Cutlass S
they are black and were in ok shape but far from mint. Let me know if you are interested. I also have a really nice drivers mirror and 3 core radiator top plate. if you are interested.

If the visor brackets are factory units, I believe the thread is 10-24. You can pick up a set of stainless pan head screws, maybe 3/4" long and that should do the trick. Should be able to do this for about $0.50. If you can take the bracket, all the better but it's a little harder to remove them if the rest of the trim is on that windhsield frame.

I think he's talking about the special screw that pinches at the rotation point not the two screws that mount it

That's exactly the screws I was referring to. The screws to mount the bracket (3 in total) are sheetmetal screws. The single screw on the tip of the bracket to pinch the stud on the visor is a 10-24 threaded screw if it is a GM part. A pan head screw is the style used and a stainless screw works well or a chromed one. If the bracket is a reproduction, such as what I came across, the thread is different and the reproduction I have used a 8-32 thread screw.
