I had John at Redline Gauge and Clock Repair rebuild mine. He calibrated the tach, touched-up the yellow on the tach pointer hand, and rebuilt the original clock movement, re-painted the guage can inside and out, and polished out the gauge lens for about $225.00.

A great stand-up guy to deal with, does great work, and a very fast turn around time.

Are you putting the RPM one in your SX? did yours come standard with that one or just a clock?

the 1st half of 1970 sx455s were L33's 2 bl carbs than in the end of 70 they changed to L31's 4 bl carbs on regular sx455s, so if your sx has a 2 bl carb it means it was built in the begining of 70
