Any luck finding these pcs? There was a Grand Prix w/t-tops being parted at a local JY that I could check out for you. This generation of GM "A" bodies shared a lot of interior headliner pcs and I'd be willing to bet they would be the same on all t-top cars.

It's true that not all t-tops on the '73-'77's were factory or Hurst. Plus, there were first and second generation Hurst designs used as I understand it. Thus, I wonder if the shops that installed these simply cut the standard headliner trims to fit...or, was there a GM part number for a special trim that the shops also used for their installations?

First and second gen hurst A pillar plastics are the same - cutting non ttop cars is the easiest to get these , the only difference is a second hole for a screw with a boss on the back side.

Looks like there are GM part numbers on the backsides. Are you able to post these so I could compare to what I find on the Grand Prix? Info might be of value to someone down the line.

Part #'s

Actual trim not easy to get at - attached are schematic with part #'s for hurst gen 1 ttops

gen 2 had same # listed , I confirmed for a pillar plastic
gen 3 kits did not come with A pillar trim - gen3 was a recall kit made in 1979 when installed the a pillar plastic was reused.

Good info! Appears the O.P. has moved on, but it's good to have this documented on this site for the next person who needs help.

Was going to run out to the JY to check on the GP trims to see if the part numbers matched up, but they are closed for the Holiday weekend. Hopefully, they won't crush it before I can get back there.
