Aftermarket '71 - '72 OAI fiberglass hood.
A nice driver quality fiberglass hood. Certainly not a Thornton, but next best thing. Professionally painted in Viking Blue. Some minor scratches from storage but in nice shape otherwise. Comes with the correct size springs to be used with stock hood hinges.
This hood is ready to bolt on. Lock holes are cut and air inlets have been cleaned up before paint.
I'll include the Stainless Steel trim piece required for the rear of hood near windshield. See pic.
Also have a new twist lock kit from OPGI if needed and an OAI adapter for use with a standard 4 barrel carb. The adapter eliminates the costly OEM vacuum setup. These are available separately and are not included in the asking price.

Local pickup only. Too big for me to ship.
Asking $850.

Do you still want a few pics of the actual piece? If so I can take tomorrow and post.

OAI adapter still in the box. Never finished the project although the 468 was running in my same year 'vert (non OAI flat/louvred hood) before a deer ran out and forced me into a telephone pole. Didn't hit that hard but did enough damage to total the car.
