How much for the driver quality please? We are in Houston, so a rough guess on shipping would be appreciated. Please reply to my email rspreen1@gmail.com

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi. Wondering if you would have a tank for a '66 Starfire? Should be able to use any 65-66 delta 88 or 98 tank as welI. I have no problem paying for shipping. Lucas

I have several tanks. Some very nice and I think I still have one redone. No clue on shipping cost but my guess is costly as I'm in nowheresville and UPS is really it. I do travel to Hershey in a couple weeks and can bring it cheap if you happen to go to Mecca.

It is a single speed switch. So I'll need a single speed wiper/washer

I have one still on the car, a 65 Jetstar 88. Single speed. I will try to test it this weekend if interested. If it works $75, if its a rebuild $25. Let me know, thanks.

88 Bumpers

Hey, I could use some straight driver bumpers for my 66 Delta 88. Any chance you're sitting on some?

As far as I know the fronts for full size were the same and I think I have one. Rear I have is for 98 only.

bumpers

I believe you're right about the front. Is it possible to send a photo? What do you think for a price?

rear bumper for 1966 98

Hello, I'am looking for a rear bumper for my 1966 oldsmobile 98. The bumper on my car is loosing chrome and metal. It needs to be a solid bumper, no rust.

I have a rechromed 66 front, center section at $425. Ends rechromed are $150 a side. I have a nice driver quality center section that will polish nicely with no dents for $250, missing the ends. Another front with one end still there but it has various dents, scratches, etc. solid core but not what I would put on a car unless you want it to be able to be further banged up and not be pissed that some knucklehead just hit your bumper. $125. Was able get to the driver center for photos.

66 98 I have a rechromed or good core for you to rechrome. Core is solid with a couple dents that will push out. One end has some rust popping the chrome but once stripped will rechrome just fine.

66 front bumper

I'm interested in the full front rechromed set. How do you like to handle your sales? Do you have an eBay store, PayPal, that sort of stuff?

Postal more or check with a 10 day hold on shipping. Ships UPS or FedEx depending on which town I need to go to at the same time. It's about 40 miles one way to a shipper.

I'm in Minneapolis. Can you ballpark the shipping? Or I can get it if I know where you're shipping from. Thanks for your help. My 88 needs all the help she can get...haha.

I will get some measurements Friday but guess north of $100. I will be in Chicago area for the BOP swap Feb 19th and can bring it to save a lot of extra cost. Its a good 5 hr drive for me but its a great 1 day swap for Olds stuff and I recommend you check it out. Or if someone from the Olds club in your area is going, they can pick it up too.

Estimate fedex is $85. Add $10 for the drive to the drop off in Vincennes, IN. Drop me a line direct at dead@mchsi.com to wrap this up.

If there is anything else you need for the 66 let me know by Friday so I can look. I am starting to collect what's going to the show so I will need to allow room to pack. My cell is 618 554 4362. Leave a message and I will get back. I will be in St Charles area Saturday afternoon and setting up that evening. I usually pack it in around 2 day of the show. Let me know for sure you are going as I don't want to drag around a bumper.

Last reminder on the confirmation on the bumper. Repeat, I will not be packing it up to take without a solid yes I will take it since it is not prepaid. Hate to have you end up coming to the show and not picking up the bumper but I get all kinds of stories after the fact and space is tight. If I don't hear from you I will not hold it any longer.

Hey, I was just going to check in with you... It's a yes. I would much rather pick up and pay in person. I'm not a huge fan of shipping something that I consider fragile or critical. I'll email you my contact info. Thanks again! Roy

I assume you mean the front assemblies spindles. Not sure on them, I will need to look this weekend. Might have them if 98s are the same. I have a Jetstar88 but pretty sure they are smaller. Which bezels? Parking front or front cornering lens? Used or NOS? Pretty sure I have either in both types.

In the pictures from a few years back, there were 2 65-66 air cleaners, would they still be available? Are they in decent shape?

While we’re writing, do you still have the show quality 66 98 bumper available? Would it be complete with the left and right chrome inserts? It’s a small detail, but the studs that hold ‘em in frequently break on disassembly...
