1965 "A" 442 heads, 442 stamped
1965 "A" 442 heads, 442 stamped
these heads have been rebuilt with very low to no miles.
The outside surface of the heads has rust, check out pictures.
the date codes on the heads are a 2 days apart.
I would lap out the seats before running.
these were on my 66 442 and replacing them with some "B" heads.
I have to reinstall the springs, removed them to get a additional spring out for the cam in motor.
these need a cleaning in the chambers, the motor was probably rebuilt 20 years ago.
light rust in one of the chambers, easy clean up
I need to get a better picture of the stamping. New pics added
