I have a TO coded factory original rear from my fathers 70 442 w30. Has been in storage for the last 30 plus years. The rear is complete minus axles. The rear does spin, but doesnt sound healthy. I would recommend a rebuild, however it is REAL AND CORRECT. I really have no interest in shipping it unless buyer is willing to take care of any arrangements. Local pickup is preferred. Hi, I bought a 1970 442 last year that came from the patchogue area, i'm pretty sure it was a w30, but it was missing alot of parts, i bought it from a man from brooklyn, he had bought the car in 1989 out of the patchogue are, it was red then, but was originally green, he said the previous owner drag raced it, it had nitrous and an electric fuel pump mounted in trunk, i have contacted several people from near there, but no one remembers, I was wondering if this could have been your dad's car, I ran across this old add and thought i would see if that was possibly it, if you thought it may have been and could let me know anything I'd like to hear from you.
