FS: Olds 394 Ultra-High Compression Bare Block
I am new to the forum, but the reason I joined was to sell this block. I have no idea where else to try and sell it LOL!!
Its just the bare block and I have a flex plate as well. Its the 1964 (394 Ultra-High Compression) motor. I checked out the casting numbers. It needs a hot tank to clean the surface rust off I want to get $75.00 for it. Contact me by phone of email (813-892-7215, or leenet@tampabay.rr.com)
I also have a transmission that I got with it. I know its an automatic but I'm not really sure what kind of tranny it is or where it came from. I would like to get 150.00 for the tranny.

Thank you,
David Lee

I paid $300 for my 455 and TH400 that was complete from carburetor to oil pan. I wouldn't pay $500 for it unless I was restoring a car that absolutely needed that transmission. For about a thousand bucks you can convert an older car to run a modern transmission.
