While on road Trip I came across olds Dealership which used to be an Olds Dealer that opened in the 1930s and closed 2004. They family converted to a Auto repair shop and left everything in place. I found this on a shelf along with a black and white print showing I think is a 1949 Olds, it has the Rocket on the hood. It does light up, its 6 volts. I am only looking for information as I am finding little probably due to Dealer Only Display according to the family. Any information is appreciated. By the way, It still works! I am thinking this was Introduction of the Oldsmobile Rocket engine? Any information is appreciated.

Looks like you got all you need. A picture of provenance and the working thing itself. Make a stand for it, hang the picture in back, and make a 6V power circuit and enjoy it. I'll buy it if you're selling (this is the for sale section), but I am not thinking that's your intention.

I missed that! Yeah...the clear hood...I remember reading about that before. It's to bad the whole car couldn't be put back together or cloned. It's really too nice of a piece to put in one's garage. But think of how great it would be for the whole deal to be on the floor at the Olds Nats banquet or something like that.
