Another 1971 Vista Cruiser Parting Out

1971 Vista Cruiser Wagon being parted out.

Hit in the left rear corner so the rear bumper is toast.
Body is very rusty but the right front fender was replaced at some time and is still very useable.
Most of the glass is delaminated or broken but side glass may be useable.
The driveline is already spoken for as is the AC and steering column.
Interior, trim, wheels and little parts are up for grabs.
Green with 2-row green interior.

Almost forgot: The car is in Allentown, PA and I will work with you on shipping items. Let me know what you want/need.

For fastest response, email me at info@auto-motives.com - I don't check the forum everyday.

Yes, the rear view mirror is in the car. The mirror appears to have the interior light in the bottom. Here are some photos:

I have no idea if the switch works. I haven't even opened the rear gate yet. The car is hit in the left rear quarter and the gate appears to be jammed shut. I need to crawl into the car to check the switch. Give me some time to get that one.

I am working on removing the trim. The biller trim looks okay but requires polishing. I need to trill out a couple screws to finish removing the trim and will post pictures when I can.

I'm not sure what you are referencing when you say C-pillar top and bottom? All the trim is on the car but not all of it is worth saving so I need better direction to identify the parts you want. Can you send me a photo of the parts I need to find? Send it to me directly at info@auto-motives.com.

Sorry, the engine and transmission are spoken for and I can't remove any parts from either of them.

The B pillar trim is on the post between the front and rear doors. The C pillar trim is at the rear of the rear door at the leading edge of the rear quarter, also known as the dogleg area.

Thanks. I do know what the b-pillar and c-pillar are but your request asks for information on the C-pillar top and bottom trim. The only trim on the c-pillar is the drip rail over the doors. There is trim around the window aka the window frame but nothing else I would identify as trim on the C-pillar. I'm just trying to identify which items you are asking about.
The drip rail is here and needs some dent removal and polishing but it isn't smashed beyond use.
The door window trim is all intact and may get away with just polishing. I need to look closer at both sides.

Sorry about the confusion, I am looking for the inside C pillar covers. The bottom one looks kind of like a hockey stick and the top ones just extend up from the top of the bottom pieces to the junction of all the rear glass pieces. I am having a hard time describing them accurately, maybe someone can post a photo of them.

This would be the C-pillar and the door on the passenger side.
Perhaps the parts you are trying to describe are pictured?

B-pillar trim

Are you asking about the trim inside the car or outside?

I have the outside trim removed but the inside is waiting for us to remove the front seat. Should get to that in a week or so.

I cannot get the rear hatch open. We will have to cut it off the car. But, the switches and latches are intact. I cannot tell you what is working because I can't test the parts, the car is partially cut apart already. If I can get the switch out intact are you still interested? Jed

Very little of this car remains: headrests from the seats (green), one kick panel (green), The rear side glass for the wagon area, some mechanical odds and ends

I have parts from a 1972 Cutlass/442 like a right front fender that will fit a vista cruiser

I really need a component from the tailgate. Other than that are some small plastic trim pieces that were on the car where the sides of the tailgate come up. I can post a photo.
