This is an Extremely Rare NOS 1967 Dated GM Assembly Line AC Delco Air Filter. GM #6422327 AC #A90CW.
This exact configuration filter filter that was in the air cleaner of your 1959-1967 Oldsmobile V8 (as listed in the photo and possibly others, do your own research ) when it left the factory and delivered to the selling dealer.
This has the "AC TYPE A90CW" embossed in the rubber, bias/diagonally cut square mesh soldered O.D. screen with diagonal soldered ends, very tight square mesh I.D screen and oil wetted filter element. The box is dated 1-67-4.
A comparable Chevy AC212CW filter sells in the $4K-$5K range if you can find one.
