Good afternoon, Unfortunately, I'm not an Oldsmobile guy, but do love them, and enjoyed helping my buddy restore his 69 Cutlass thirty years ago. I just joined hoping to help a friend sell a set of T Tops off his 76 Cutlass. The car is past it's life, but he has the the roof section and the tops. I'm not sure if the interior trim remains, but the roof frame is there, and in good shape. He was going to post them on ebay, but I suggested he sell them to true enthusiasts. My love is Mustangs and Ford Bronco's, and I'm a regular on VMF and Classic Broncos. We're located in Massachusetts, and if anyone would like to buy them before they list, please PM me. I'll get some pictures up once I confirm if he has the interior trim portion.
Thanks

Thanks for offering them here first. Just and FYI, If any of the interior trim is good around the T tops it needs to be saved. The interior T top trim is VERY hard to find.. Even harder than the T tops.

Thank you. Do you have a picture of what it looks like? Even an inside shot will let me know what I'm looking for.

I agree, figure out what you have or can get. Several guys here with 73-77 cutlass's. Post pictures with a price your looking to get.

I know these 4 are specific to the hatch but I think there are a couple others. I sold a setup about 3 years ago. I highly recommend selling the entire roof and not taking it apart. The person that installs it will want to see how it is mounted and take it apart himself. Not an easy install.

This is the glass, Gen 1 I believe. Should these have the trim pictured above?
Any guess on value? I know the tops are good but their int trim is missing on one, and cracked on another. I can get the whole roof but I know someone started to remove it. They didn't get far. I'll look hard for the remaining trim..... I've seen old ads for $250-$300 for glass only... is that realistic? I'm so out of the Oldsmobile loop

The glass itself is an 8.5 a couple of very fine scratches The frames look very good 7.5, would be a 10 if polished, no visible damage. The interior plastic is missing on one, cracked on another..... The chrome latches have rust on them. Very fine=barely visible.

Ok, so I went over this morning and removed the rest of the parts. Three out of four interior trim pieces were there, but appear to be unusable. The roof frame work, includes the mounting tabs and two steel reinforcement pieces. I also grabbed the rear pillar trim (front trim was cut clean) Below is a picture of how everything was in the car. The long end of the reinforcement was to the front.
Also, I talked to him more on price. He was thinking he's get $500 or more on ebay, but would take less, Plus the cost of insured shipping. I have some roof photos showing how the metal is cut. I'll post those later.
