Probably were not used much, still tight and look nice, easy to dye Black. Not sure if 71 had these smaller Deluxe style belts too, have lots of photos I can email. The housing have some minor cracks since its thin plastic, you can see it in the first pic. Shipping would be included, but I am listing them on another site for more.
