This is out of an estate of a guy here in KC...the family separated the cars and parts and I found this on a shelf..Shows age and wear..but no rust in the base..all I did was hose it off with water...I'm not hiding anything

The lid has surface rust in the grove and you can see the spot where the decal was, and some glue residue is still there.. and has a couple small dingers will need a rechrome but a decal could spruce it up...I am thinking its a 69 because of the round PCV hole...has a dent in the front between the snorkels..but shallow..

Both snorkles are wavey on the ends from over tightening the hoses to them..just like most used, unrestored do...

this is not frame off restored quality part..it needs some work, but as far as most ive seen..this just aint that bad...driver quality or maybe survivor stuff..i dunno..but a good piece to restore...

Check the pic..make sure it the right piece, for the level of car you are building..its an unrestore piece out of 25+ years storage

It's definitely a '69 air cleaner - the breather hole is on the passenger side. In '68 they were square and on the driver's side.
