Bill, does it have #4 heads? How much for them if you can deliver them with the column to me in May?

Ed,
They are #4 Heads off a California Car. Sure, I can deliver them May along with the column. I'll get back to you on the price for the heads.

The middle cylinders on the head on the right in the pic look a little suspicious. Did the engine have water in those two cylinders? Looks like water damage or burnt valves or both. Any visible flaws or obvious cracks?

Yes, The engine had water in the cylinders at one time & the engine was locked up. The guy said it ran when parked.. The carb was missing when I bought the car, I was told someone stole it, so maybe somebody poured water down the intake. I drained the oil & there was pure water, no antifreeze in the pan. So, I'm not exactly sure what happened here ?? Vandalized ??? I looked the heads over & didn't see and cracks or a blown head gaskets. The car sat for 2 years..... Your call....

When I pulled the heads it looked like somebody poured coke or something in the intake, because it looked funky in the cylinders.

67 Olds #4 Heads

Here's a few pictures when I pulled the heads.. As you can see the head gaskets were still in place, I didn't see any indication where they were blown. I'll look the heads over real good tomorrow for cracks or ??? I'm thinking somebody didn't like him too well.
