the 70-71 442 orange color

the 70-71 442 orange cars I see, I want to paint mine that color, is it called ralley red or something else? does any body have the ppg mix code?

It helps to be more specific. Are you talking about 1970 or 1971 orange?
I think there were only 3-4 True Orange 442s built in 71 and those had the exact paint color as the 70 referenced above (see the rare Orange 71 W30 below).
In 71, the closest to Orange was called Bittersweet code 62 shown in the very bottom picture. See the chart below and pics:

Wasn't paint code 73 Rallye Red a 1970 color only?
