You sure that's saddle? I'd go lighter, more of a cream color. I'd pick #2.
X2 on Jeffrey's comment - no trunk stripes. You can do hood stripes - there is a W29 pattern if you're interested, but the car was never offered with the trunk stripes. On a Supreme, pardon me but it looks tacky.
