66 fender scoops

what color are the scoops painted, body color or black or both? i have one body color and one body color and black on the flat part. thanks flatlander442

I have an original 66-442 and the vents were painted black from the factory.... I also purchased a set from GM for spares in the late 70's and they were black as well.....
