Yeah, there's Metro, SofSeal, and one other, whose name I forget.
I checked out Metro and SofSeal pretty much right next to each other at a show a few years back, and I liked Metro's parts a bit better, but you'll find various opinions.

Metro was available thru Rock Auto for my 98. I found the door seals and trunk seal to be of OK quality, but the seals for the quarter window to door seal and the seal in the door jamb lacking. The quality of Steele rubber was better.

Metro supplied Fusick at one time. Not sure if they still do. The moulded end caps pulled loose from two sets of Metro door seals on my 69 Toro. To their credit the roofrails and trunk rubber worked well.
I was never too keen on Soff Seal- the rubber "skin" dried out and cracked quickly on all the cars I saw it used on, but that was 20+ years ago.
Steele makes a good quality product. it won't be the cheapest but I've had no issues with any Steele products I've used.
You're aware of the way the E-body roofrail rubber is made and put together, right? You get only the front section above the door glass. The rear part is molded hard rubber and difficult to remove & replace without gutting the interior. You install the new front section and then cover the splice with cloth body tape.
