'91 Custom Cruiser power mirror jack screws

I need a pair for my pass side mirror. I'm sure they are the same as a bunch of other GM cars from the '80's up to mid '90's. Anybody ?

What are power mirror jack screws ? They are

They are the part of the mirror that that is activated by the motor. They're are two per mirror. They are about an inch long, have a ball shape on the glass end and the rest is a threaded shaft. They attach to the back of the glass and screw into the motor. The motor turns and pushes or pulls them in or out adjusting the mirror up down in out. I'm sure you can't get them separately. But if somebody had a broken mirror for parts they could be salvaged from. Most '80s and early '90s GM cars would have the right style jacks. That's all I need.
