69 buick riviera turbo 400

This trans tag is for a 69 Buick Riviera 455. It was rebuilt some years ago but has hardly any miles on it. It also fits Oldsmobile. $550. obo

Tail shaft

I was not aware that the Riv used the short tail shaft version of the T400.

I was going by the tag info which came up as 455 Riviera. I guess someone could have changed it to a short tail? I wouldn't know.

No 455 Buick's till 1970.

If that was originally in front of a 455 it would have to be something 1970-76.
