1996 LT4 Collector Edition coupe, 44K miles in PA
Hate to do it, I’m selling my 1996 LT4 6 speed Collector Edition coupe that I bought in July 2000 with 3100 miles on it. It now has only 44,150 miles on it. It has never been a daily driver, seen winter weather, or been smoked in or wrecked. I have always babied and maintained it well, and the overall excellent condition reflects that. The targa top has been out of it briefly maybe three times in 18 seasons.
PA classic plate, inspected through 9/18, newer AC Delco fuel pump and sending unit. The rims do not have curb rash, the original paint shines like new (always hand washed, so no swirls, etc. but has some chips low on the body), the original weatherstripping is nice and the leather has been conditioned regularly. The only mods done 15 years ago are a Hurst shifter and K&N air cleaner/intake. Original parts are included. Have original window sticker and all receipts and paperwork since new. The one-year only Grand Sport LT4 engine is rated at 330 net hp (appx. 400 using old school ratings), so it’s a blast to drive but still quiet and very civilized.
Asking $14,700 based on mileage, condition and the fact that it has no mysteries from unknown previous owners. It’s a great car that I’ll miss, but my collection is outgrowing my garage space. Located near Pittsburgh, PA.

Ooops! Thanks for the heads up that I did not link to my ads with pics.

I'd be happy to discuss the car with anyone. I've owned it for 18 years - sad to see it go but I have needy Oldsmobiles and a newer Challenger now. : )

Bummer that you are selling it. I also have one, gray interior, LT4. Bought mine in 2000 with 14,000 miles. Now has 42,000. It is a blast to drive. I have considered selling it in the past to by another Olds, or even a C4 ZR1, but I have not been able to let it go yet. Good luck with the sale!

I bought a Scat Pack Shaker Challenger last month, have paid my best friend about 80% of his price for the really nice '72 Stingray 4 speed roadster that he's owned for 20 years but is selling to get a '67 4 speed GTO convertible, and I'd also like to keep the slow restoration of my V Code Supreme going forward, so one of my "kids" has to go to make that all happen. Unfortunately, it's the '96 Vette....

these mid 90s vettes are awesome, much better looking than the 98 up but you will probably find they don't command any where near their value.i had a (ruby) 40th anniversary convertible 6 spd with 40 k that i had trouble getting 13k for 4 yrs ago.it's painfull but hopefully you have enjoyed it.jc
