1967 Firebird 400 Red/Red Coupe

1967 Firebird 400 Red/Red Coupe

"Real PHS documented Firebird 400 car that was shipped to engineering to be built as a gm executive car. Car is Regimental Red with matching Red deluxe interior. This is one of the most optioned firebirds I've ever owned. Options are Firebird 400,turbo 400 trans,308 safe-t-track rear Power steering, pwr 4 piston disc brakes,Air Cond, tilt wheel, custom sport steering wheel,am-fm radio,Rear mounted antenna,Rally gauges, hood tachometer, deluxe interior, console, full tinted glass,Rally II wheels,Koni shocks, remote mirror, custom seat belts,E70-14 redline tires, trunk mat.

Car was charged to zone 35-998 and shipped to 35-997 which is gm engineering to be used on show circuit or gm exec. The car has 42,000 original miles and has all its original quarter panels and sheetmetal. It is a rust free car that spent most of its life in Florida. Has had 1 Lacquer repaint early on in its life. Looks like original paint but I was told it had a repaint. Body is incredibly straight and paint is brilliant with no Clearcoat.Interior is all original but needs to be replaced due to the Florida heat and Sun. Runs and drives great! Does need some work to be perfect. Awesome car for someone to take to the next level."

Price is $27,500.00

Beautiful Sephano. An older boy in my high school used to own one of these in blue.
Not an executive unit, It was a 400 c.i. engine, I remember that. I think a 350 turbo unit. I was done, muscle for me. I tried to buy a 67 GTO from a 21 year old 'wet girl' that she had for sale for 3 bones. She was scared to sell it to me because I was a minor, and she would get in trouble and be sent back home to Mexico. I probably would have been a Poncho freak if she had sold it to me. The Olds gods smiled on me 6 months later, and I was able to acquire my 1st car, a 69 D-88, 455 2 bbl. for $400. It was then I was sold on Oldsmobiles and haven't looked back, GLWS, she's a beaut.

Love it as is, that is what I really like to have to put my 455 in down the road except a 68 w/o hood tach. original as can be and nice driver quality original interior I would leave as is.

You sure can't buy a comparable Camaro for that kind of money!
