1928 Plymouth Model Q Coupe

Hey guys and gals, any one know about these cars 1928 Plymouth Model Q Coupe? Kinda stumbled across one, the body is all there plus extra . The person who owns it was tempting to rod it. So no chassis, was putting it on a s10 chevy frame. Its all pulled apart, would image some work to it. It also comes with a 67 383 charger engine ready for rebuild with a 727 transmission. The lady wants 3000 for the project, yay or nay? If I got my hands on it, hot rod it becomes.

If you don't have some really good welding and fabricating skills, I'd pass.

It's a tough call on the price, it boils down to "what's it worth to you", vs what they will accept. I'd make the offer and see where it goes.

I like cheap, but that isn't going to happen. They want 2000 for the body, 1000 for the 383 b block with transmission. Searching online, these cars a rare.Turned into a hot rod, someone will be pissed. lol Was thinking of a project with my boys. If the body didn't turn out good, would make a good rat rod. Guess we will see what I feel
