NEWBIE W/ 2000 Intrigue need advice PLEASE

Ok so i have a 2000 oldsmobile intrigue.
for a while ive been in love with these cars my 1st was 1998 intrigue

Anyways. On the 2000, i was losing this thick black rubber coming from my Crankshaft pulley itself. Then i was driving and my belt popped loose. I was able to make it home with whatever but i get there and the part that holds the belt was off like disconnected and this piece on my car was missing on the front of the crank shaft exposing the inside of what im assuming is my harmonic balancer

Can any One of you awesome people out there please advise me and help me keep my word and be the One to fix my own car before my brother does it to spite me!!

When using the puller like shown below, also use a plug or spacer in the hole where the bolt was removed so as not to damage the threads in the end of the crank...
