conv top

69 98 just stopped working.where do i access the motor.

Open the trunk and keep going forward until you get to the back seat. Motor is under your nose.

I'd start at the switch, which is known to be prone to failure, I'd jump each motor wire to hot and see if the top motor runs on each (not both together ), then move backward, but I guess it's six of one, half a dozen of the other, because it's either pull the rear seat to access the motor, or crwal up under the dash to access the switch.

Rob (lady72nrob71) has a good thread about disassembling and cleaning the switch.
