Hi All,

Anyone know for sure the widest wheel/tire combination that will fit behind the skirts on a '71 98? Want to use steel wheels with a center cap ... can get 15x7's or 15x8's from Coker and paint them. Will 245/60's clear? I'm certain 235's will but would like to go a little wider.

I had 60s on mine.......20 years ago.... Had to shave skirt alittle...... 1/4 inch off lip
