Very attractive and unusual color combination! In 35+ yrs in the Olds hobby I don't believe I've ever seen one like it. Having had everything from a '36 to a '90, the '55/6s are my very favorite. That picture looks like the Finger lakes area, I'm in Bingo (aka Binghamton) NY.

Thanks very much... I just bought a OLDs 1938... do you know what the brown **** for lights is called.. i cannot find any one who knows what this part would be called.. It is located off the steering wheel and attached to the column that controls all the lights.. just thought i would ask since you have had many olds.. love to see their pics too

Been 25+ yrs since I had the '36 F-36 so I'm a bit hazy on the *****...

WOW!! GREAT car!!! Makes me sorry I went on Vacation to Yellowstone National Park so long this Show Season! LOL! (NO connectivity there though...NO cell coverage even; pretty bizarre to get used to but was also quite liberating! : > ) PLEASE post pics of your '38 OLDS; those are SUCH pure classics!

Love that color conbination - is that a firemist color??
First modded '55 chevy I ever saw, in '65, had those colors - beautiful!
Guy named Pete Horvath had it and moved to Seattle or up that way, in the '70's!
Hear he's still building cars, too!
