New guy from Belgium

Hello, I' don't have any Olds. Not yet.
I was looking for a '55 98 or 88 when I found this forum.
You do have great cars here and a lot to teach for a newbie.

See you.

Hello Spock63. I will be traveling to Belgium in September and might be bringing my 72 Olds Cutlass with me. I would like to find out information on your local laws and regulations when it comes to old cars. Any help would be appreciated.

How long you're going to stay?
I'll look for temporary plate information

Hi Blasze. Take a look here. Maybe it's what you're looking for.

Spock63, Thanks for the information. I plan on being there a couple of years. I know i will need to find a house with a garage to store my cutlass in the winter. Thats going to be the biggest problem i fear.

That's not a problem if you have $$$$$.
But you can hire a garaje too. Where I live it costs 80-100€ month.
By the way, fuel here costs 1.55€/liter.

How much are old muscle cars going for over there? I'm not looking to sell mine, just wondering.

Is automobile theft a big problem in europe?

They are much more expensive. We must remember we have the overseas transport and the tax. So, if you wanna sell it here, I'm sure you can make some money.

About theft, that's not a big problem, but, I don't leave my car or my house open. We never know
