1950 olds hydro

need help from some dual range hydro guys i'm switching out a single range hydro for a 55 dual range slant pan i would like to use my fifty olds torus assembly rather then the 55 torus more slip with the 50 torus
need to know if the splines and center bore are the same read somewhere that they were different after 53 any help is appreciated
