New From Alaska!
Thought I would chime in. After 20 plus years I finally have the 442 I've been looking for. Original 4sp car. As far as I can tell the hood is original. Here are a few pics I took the other day after I waxed it. BTW it was at 11:45 PM.

Welcome, very nice car, I really like the flames. I think just the right amount.
When I was in the Air Force, I spent a lot of time in Anchorage. We had to put blankets on the windows to sleep. I remember in the summer it never really got dark, the sun would go down for about thee hours and then back up.
I do remember the huge mosquitoes in the spring. look like a dark cloud coming at you.
Again, very nice 442!!

Very nice car. Drive it now while the sun's up. You store it in the winter, right?
Love the color! Great wax job.
