05D = built fourth week (D) of May (05), 1968
ST 68 = STYLE 1968 Model Year
33667 = Oldsmobile Division (3) Cutlass (36) Convertible (67)

NOTE: for the 1968 and 1969 model years, Oldsmobile used Cutlass cowl tags on 442s as well as on Cutlii. This is well documented in factory literature. The VIN will tell you which it is - 33667... VIN is a Cutlass, 34467... VIN is a 442.

LAN = Lansing assembly plant
398395 BODY = Fisher Body sequence number, not related to the VIN
TR 957 = TRIM Parchment Bench Seat Interior
R-1 PAINT = Scarlet (R) with white convertible top (1)

Note also that bucket seats were standard equipment in all Cutlass and 442 convertibles for the 1968 model year. The bench seat was available as a credit option under RPO A52.
