Introduction new to the Olds family car is cleaning up really nice

Where I found it
Mystery!
I think there is a car there!
Just a little dirty
Got motor running on May 7 2017 been setting since 1980 only 33000 miles.
She purrs like a kitten!

She's cleaning up very nicely!

There has been some debate about what qualifies as a "barn find."

I think your car qualifies.

Welcome to CalssicOlds.

Should not be a question about being a "barn find" with all of that verified barn dirt. Nice find. Tell us more about the car you found. Thanks for the pics.

Some have all the luck!! Nice find, my wife's favourite body style of all Oldsmobiles.
All the best with your new true barn find.

The interior cleaned up nicely but the drivers bench seal has a few rips but softened up pretty nicely.

Some rattle can upholstery dye for the carpet and new seat covers from Legendary interiors and the inside would be really nice.

Yea pretty lucky so far paid 3k for it and I made it safe to drive did a 4 wheel disc brake conversion with other things I have around $ 5200 all together in her.
Guess that's not that bad?
The exspensive part will be body and paint!

Thats why I suggested you dye the carpet, it looked to be in good shape just faded.
