57 olds fiestyfiesta

Hi, New to forums.. so here goes. I'm restoring my dad's 57 wagon (fiesta) and wanted to know what model(s) I need to look at for parts.

If it is body or interior parts it will be 57 only. If it is engine or transmission I think 58 will interchange but 59 is probably different.

On the Chevy side, I know '55, '56 and '57 were basically the same car underneath the sheet metal. I'm thinking Olds might be the same as platform changes tended to be made at the same time across the various divisions.

Those Fiesta wagons are a rare find. I've never seen one in person and I've only seen one or two far sale in the past (surprisingly, recently).

I know of two for sale here in N.E. Texas, but not sure whether they would part them out. PM me and I will send contact info.

Very cool!

Were the flames on the window just for fun? Do you plan on putting old school flames on it during the restoration?

Generally Old's Buick and some Cady parts interchange in that year range but I am not sure about the wagons. A Hollander exchange catalog would be a good purchase before jumping in with both feet.... Lost in the fifties... Tedd

Plus, it doesn't have a title.

Here's one with a title, but it's in CA.
