From A Shell To A Shell With Guts
Finally decided to join the forum. I'm a proud owner of a 1969 Cutlass, holding it down in the fine state of MN. It's been almost a year and the project is coming along pretty nicely. Maybe if I quit getting distracted, it will be back on the road this summer!
Bought it as a shell. A rather nice one, pretty rust free although there is a lot of body filler and patching (I deal with enough rust with m other projects). Dropped in a rebuilt chevy 350 and a TH400 (Not really proud of this, really all I had at the time. Looking to swap in a Olds big block someday when I get my hands on one). Got everything running, did some wiring, tubing, and put together a drive shaft, just needs brake work, lights, front bumper mount and some other small things.

Welcome to the world of Oldsmobile .We all have a spot in our hearts for one more Olds. Looks like you have a good solid '69 body and a willingness to work so you're well on your way. Good luck with your progress, and keep us informed with pictures. Larry
