New member here...
Hey everybody. I am new to the site but I have been a long time Olds guy. I have owned '71 442 (my first car), a '67 Cutlass Supreme, and a '70 442. I am currently looking for a new Oldsmobile to sit in my garage.
I am thinking about a Rallye 350 but I am open to all models. If anybody has anything interesting, or knows of anything out there, please let me know! I am in Arizona.
Thanks!

That is a difficult question to answer... It depends on several factors such as options, mileage, numbers matching, etc, etc... Being a 4 speed W-31 is a good and valuable start, but there are several factors that need to be answered.
I would suggest decoding the VIN and the Body tag information to determine some facts. Since its a W-31, it would be helpful to have a build sheet to validate the authenticity. Then I would then look at an old car price guide to determing a range. You can find these online such as NADA classiccars guide, or in a bookstore like Barnes & Noble. Keep in mind these are subjective as well since everybody's definition of a #2 or #3 car is different. But it will give you a starting point.
And finally, do some research online on sites such as Hemmings, oldride, and 442.com just to name a few to see what other similar cars are being listed at. Keep in mind, they don't always sell for what they are listed.
I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but it is a difficult question to answer. Either way, it sounds like you have a cool car!

Welcome to the site Mr442. And welcome Joe Cutworth with the '69 w-31 and you should start your own newbie thread so we can address each other individually. We all like to see those cars, projects, technical data and really anything Oldsmobile.
