New member.

I am the current caretaker of a 1970 F85 2 door post car with the original rocket 350. The car has been in the family since new. My grandmother purchased it new in Ithaca N.Y. I remember my family was shocked when she traded in a 1964 Mercedes for the car without anyone else knowing, Now I am glad she did.
I have attached a photo. Thanks, Jim

Welcome to the forum. You will find it very helpful. We all like more pictures and details of your car. I assume you are still in Upstate New York. Lived in Rochester for ten years in the seventies.
Enjoy.

Welcome to the group... As I have said before, it's great when a vehicle can be maintained in the family for such a long time... Keep the trend going with your F85...

Welcome and congratulations on owning a beautiful, clean F85! She looks to be in great condition! What are your plans for it?

I am planning to keep it original with the exception of adding dual exhaust and maybe a 4 barrel carburetor as I have the intake manifold. Anyone, please chime in with your thoughts concerning any modifications. Thanks, Jim
