Have you tried ebay? Go there and search on "1970 Ohio license plate." You'll find hundreds of them.
Here's just one, for $7.00 plus about $4.00 shipping.

As I recall, Ohio law requires only a rear plate if you want to register your car using a year-of-manufacture license plate. So you need only one.
