1970 Oldsmobile Model Show Plates

Small project I've been working on over the winter.

These would have been used on Oldsmobiles at a new car show. Although not exactly as the originals they are fairly close. 12" by 6". Printed vinyl mounted to clear polycarbonate on the reverse side. The white is an antique white for the aged look.
$36.00 plus shipping

Look great! Are you going to do other years? Maybe 71? Supreme? Convertible?

What I find most interesting in the new 70 W-30 with the Dr Oldsmobile decal is the grilles were warped even when they were brand new. Kinda puts the reproductions the better choice for a concours restoration unless someone can heat gun a set of nos to get the warp out of them.

Do you know any background of 70 W-30 pictured? I assume it was at an auto show somewhere??? Would be interested in seeing any other pictures of car that you may have.

Don, this is the NE Auto Show circa 1969. Shoot me a PM if you need more details. I'm attempting to have those letters recreated.

BTW, I have two of these plates from Paul. They're outstanding!

1969 plates

Hi, are you making 1969 plates as well? The 1970 ones look really nice.
