Did Therobski lose his mind?

The Olds addiction hit again. I bought 62 Dynamic 88 base, 65,000 mile original sitting in dry storage. I have no idea what I will do with it but for the time being enjoy it, repair-restore whatever is needed. I like the Starfire air cleaner and valve covers. I have the 4-speed out of the 67 for rebuild, still have plenty to do on the 64 Pro-touring, 63 vette needs attention...

Thanks, have to start rearranging cars and things so the car will still be kept in a dry climate. After my check clears I need to have a transport company pick it up and bring it to Dallas. Starts right up shifts fine, no smoke or leaks. Even have the Bias ply tires on it. Few more pictures.

I would just clean it up, fix what it needs an enjoy it. Where are you getting it shipped from?

From Lake Geneva, Wisconsin-not far from the first Playboy Club off of Hwy 50 west of I-94. I was born and raised in the area. The car spent most of its life in Arkansas before Wisconsin. To me a great example-time capsule.

Cutlass Freak did you that the car was 20 minutes away tucked in? Thanks fro all the positive remarks. Like they say there's always something to do these old cars. 2Blu442 is correct, I could not pass this baby up. I drove a white one in the early 70"s.

I will double check the block when I get the car here. I guy I bought it from said the original owner told him he added the Starfire air cleaner and valve covers. Now that said, is there a difference between the 394"s with 4-barrel carbs?? I always thought that they were the same in the early engines.

The Dynamic 88 was a 10.25:1 280 hp., the Super 88 & 98 had a 10.25:1 330 hp., and the Starfire was a 10.50:1 345 hp.
