Question 1966 442 Front Fender & Fender Well installation

hey guys it's about time to put the front end on my car. I'm not sure of the sequence that I should use. Should I install the front fenders and then install the inner fender wells or should I install the inner fender wells first and then the fenders or finally should I assemble them as a unit on the car? I have the assembly manual to tell me attaching hardware and clearances, but I don't see where it explains the sequence.

Thanks,
Nufo (Fred)

With steel inners, you run less risk of scratching the outer fenders by installing them as a unit. It also can be hard to get all the inner fender retaining bolts lined up afterwards. You won't be installing any bolts beforehand except those running around the wheel well.

I would leave the bolts loose also till everything is lined up and all the bolts are started elsewere
