I am finishing my 68 S convertible and the right rear window motor quit. Are they the same as the coupes and many other models?
Also, the wiper motor doesn't work but I cant find a one piece unit with washer pump. Should I buy a motor and pump separate?

With regards to the power window motor, It's possible that it can be rebuilt. Check with a local vendor who rebuilds electric motors or look to publications like Hemmings Motor News for a reliable rebuilder. The power window motor in m '71 Corvette stopped working. I took it apart myself and discovered that the brushes were shot. A friend of mine fabricated new brushes and we were on our way again. It could be as simple as that or it could be that the motor winding doesn't have continuity anymore, a bit of a bigger problem.

With regards to the wiper motor, I can only suggest the same thing, or else look in parts for sale on this site to see if anyone has a wiper motor unit with the washer pump. I've got one with the wiper transmission and wiper blade holders but I don't know if it works!
