Need Help with 1970 Cutlass front fender lower mount/inner rocker

Drivers front lower lower fender mounting bracket.

Inside view
Hello Everyone.
I am looking for some help with my 1970 Cutlass convertible restoration. The bracket that mounts the lower rear part of the front fenders is completely rusted out. I have the car completely torn apart along with the floor and inner rocker panels removed. I am trying to rebuild this part but don't know exactly what its called or how it ties into the rocker panels. I can see most of the outer bracket but it seems to 90 over and connect to the inner structure of the car. Everything else is completely gone. Does anyone have any ideas or pictures that they can send me that would help?
Thank you

I don't know how good the quality is but they are known as torque boxes.

Here's some pictures of the area your looking at. This is a firewall I cut out of a parts car years ago and this would be available. Its stacked with other sheet metal parts so rather than move everything around some of the photos are of the passenger side. I've got a couple parts requests in front of you I haven't had time to pull together yet. But if your interested in this send me an email with your address and I'll give you a price including shipping for you to consider. John

I think it's called a LH Side Cowl Patch. Here's a link to an AMD part#:

Auto Metal Direct 376-3468-L 68-72 GM A-Body Outer Cowl Hinge Panel LH
