...and me, sitting at home with nothing to do and nobody gives me a ring.
That would have been a perfect reason to get out of the house.
Tomorrow I will probably come by after we check out the new apartment for my son to put 1400 watts in my Pickup and am glad to see that the lift is finally free.
Can´t wait to check out your progress in person.

We went up there to check out the apartment he found. He will be moving up there in May. Thats when we will be moving the furniture.

If I find the time I will come over and help you get that blue paint off.
I thought I would learn how to do it on yours before I do it to mine.

Hi,

Yes you can!!!

Yes i pulled the dash and everything.....
The Front windshield is cracked, my painter will shoot this thing out and put in the new one ive ordered ...

The rear glass have to stay in place, its in good shape and ive heard about bad things when removing it, it will crack in most cases...
Also, it is very expensive... Keep in mind, we here are in Germany

Thanks 71csvert,

So today ive finished cleaning the big surfaces like roof and rear quarter panel....

Then ive rolled the roof with rust converter called FERTAN....
This stuff is awesome...

I believe there was an vinyl top on the car and it has rusted beneath...

Also my new windshield has arrived...

Tomorrow i have to clean some small pieces on the passengers Fender, the door jambs section, Rocker panels (1 left) and the trunk section....

On Wednesday i want to weld in some sheets where i have to
and hopefully on Thursday we have to move the car to the paint shop....

So today

i had to do some service to my daily driver so not much progress on my cutty....

just did some work around the rear window the trunk section and the second rocker panel....
Its just the small things that costs time... i believe all of you guys know best....

The roof completely turned into black, means the rust converter has worked, it gave the metal some more strength... dont know how this thing makes it- maybe magic

Here the pictures..:

Ive decided that the painter does the rest of welding... its not that much.... our welding machine is in another shop
Also we could move this beauty to the painter if everything works...
