Really......I think you should probably do a search for "Fusick". This thread is practically the ONLY one critical of their parts.

Yeah, Fuskick is a good source, and they have the best stuff out there (for the most part). I also like supporting independents, another reason from buying from them.

No part is perfect, and even OE stuff had/has issues. Nothing ever really fits right, you have to make it work. I think we should be happy that we're lucky enough to have as many parts available as we do for these cars.

I get as much parts from Fusick's as possible. They carry the best parts available. If there are parts that they don't feel are good enough, they don't carry them.
I have a set of their 71 442 grilles for my 72 Supreme, and I am getting another set of 72 grilles for another car.

OK, my bad. Maybe its Parts place, or maybe BAP... I read about on this site some where and they trashed them hard, and I mentally merged Fusicks in there. Should of check first before trashing someone!
40 lashes....

There are complaints about them out on the web, like this from Olds owners - http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/a...p/t-68054.html
but you'll never please everyone.

I found the thread on this site about Fusicks, only 1 complaint

I never could get those grilles to fit so I returned them to fusick and they charged me a 60 dollar restocking fee. I got some originals I'm going to try and fix up.

Don't know, my grilles I bought were from a couple years ago. Maybe somebody who's recently bought some will chime in. But I doubt they fixed the problems, because when I emailed them they said there really wasn't an issue with the grilles. Plus I brought this thread back up so people are aware of the problems with these grilles and don't waste their hard earned money like I did.

Scrappie,

Not from my experience. I bought two sets from Fusick (they had a great price at the time) last year. One set went on the blue car pictured in my avatar. I had absolutely no issues installing them. They are not a perfect match for the originals but the fit was great.

They have also recently added new headlight surrounds for the 70 A bodies. They are a little pricey but they fixed all of the problems they had with the old tooling. They fit perfectly, all the screw holes lined right up and they look great. They are a major improvement in their old ones and on anything else on the market
