Restoring body on this boat and painting all black. Parts are hard to find so im going to do the best i can.

more damage

little roof scraping decided to take top down to the metal and more pics of rust. the roof has no rust its just glue in pics, but when i took the trimming off near the trunk , man there was a lil suprise for me

You need to fix your photos. When we click on them, they're not any larger than the thumbnails. We can't see too much in them.

You have a talent for understatement.

I can't even tell if I'm looking at a car.

As for fiberglass, sure if it's basically a disposable car, fiberglass is fine, but if, as you say, it's a restoration, that's a different story.
