67 442 Steering Wheel Center Cap Removal

I am installing a restored Instrument Panel for a friend in the morning.I have to remove the Center cap and the steering wheel.I have done a few 66 Olds Cutlass /442 .But this is my first 67.Any help would be appreciated. It has to be simple .I just dont want to break anything.
Thanks in advance

67 442 should have the deluxe wheel. Thre are two locking tabs, at the sides of the cap in line with the horn buttons. The fsm says to carefully pry the cap off, presumably in those locations with thin screwdrivers to help disengage the locking tabs that are on the cap. Cheap wheels have a rubber donut and you just pull the cap off.
