Has anyone dyed headrests white?

I just had new PUI seat covers in 72 white delivered for my cutlass. I painted the plastics and headrests with SEM white dye while i was waiting for delivery. The painted parts are way to bright of a white compared to the new covers. Does anyone know of a better color match? SEM super white maybe?

As another option, you can have your upholstery shop cover the headrests with seating material.

They won't have the bead around the edge, but I think they look better without it. And the color match is perfect.

You can also buy sewn covers but I've never seen them, so can't advise if those look OK.
