Does anyone know where I may be able to find one of these? It is for my 62 Dynamic 88 with a convertible top. It is the latch for the top, but it also has the sun visor hinge made into the latch piece. Both of them are all one piece? I attached a picture, maybe it'll give you an idea of what I'm talking about. I would appreciate any help I can get. I actually would like to have a set of 2, 1 for the drivers side and 1 for the passengers side.Thanks

You are missing the plastic insert where the alignment pin goes.

Thanks for the reply. I had just bought the car and didn't realize it was missing. I'll find one of those also.

As chequenman noted, you are missing the plastic insert. It is available online. I know as I bought one, but I do not recall anymore from where. Start with Fusicks. I am certain the insert was used across all GM lines, so do not limit your search to Olds for it.

What makes you think you need a new latch? Is there an insert in the one on the driver side?

Dave,
I miss spoke. I do not need a new latch, I need the receiver for the latch. The old one has been damaged and the visor does not stay up. So, I have a couple of homemade latch for the visor.

Good to hear you found what you needed. However, I am now more confused than ever as to what it was you found/needed.

When it arrives, and prior to installation, how about posting a pic of it? Or, you could post the link where you found it so I/we can go there and take a look?

Bear, OK, got it. That is what was offered on the Hydro-Electric site link I sent. There, it was referred to as -
